Custom Stain Layering

Sometimes you may want to create a custom stain color, and it is as simple as layering a few different stain colors.  Stain layering is easy with Retique It® waterbased gel stains because they dry in a matter of minutes especially with the help of a blow dryer.

For a contemporary look you may decide to ditch the graining tool. Transforming an old piece can be as simple as paint it, stain it, and applying a topcoat for protection.
